One to One Yoga

One to one teaching is the optimal way to adapt yoga to the individual student. It is the traditional way of teaching yoga,

One to one teaching is the traditional way of teaching yoga, and allows for the holistic and therapeutic applications to be fully explored. One to One sessions are ideal for existing students or new students who require individual practice.

There can be certain health issues where a student needs individual attention. I  teach yoga to couples which is sometimes easier than two people trying to attend a class.

 

One to One sessions are for one or two people.

One to One Online sessions are available.

If you feel nervous about attending in person then meeting online

is a way to introduce yourself to the practice of yoga.

Why Try One to One Yoga?

Are curious to try Iyengar Yoga? Is it tricky to get to a regular yoga class? Even if you do, in a class situation the teacher can only spend so much time helping each student. Would like to learn the basics before coming to your first class? You may feel you have questions or issues that would benefit from more attention. It is possible to progress more quickly when a teacher is giving you individual advice and adjustments in a Private Yoga Session. There can be many personal reasons a person prefers One to One Yoga.

One to One Yoga Lesson Benefits

This is an opportunity to develop your practice and understanding of Yoga it also helps me focus just on you! Sometimes despite my best efforts in a room full of students individual attention is not viable so these sessions in my fully equipped home studio is a beneficial addition to your attendance in regular classes.

I teach in and around the West and East Sussex area and can travel to teach you in your own home, if you prefer, My home studio is fully equipped and I recommend that if you have physical or other health issues which means your Yoga practice needs more support, then you should book in to the home studio.
